100% Customer Satisfaction Guaranty

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your products just return them to us with in 30 days
from the date of receipt, and we will cheerfully refund your money, less freight charges. We want
you to be satisfied and we go to great lengths to make our customers happy.

Ordering
You may order on-line, by phone, fax, or mail. If you have any questions about our products please
call. We are available Monday through Saturday 8:00 Am – 5:00 Pm MST. We always check our
voice mail so it is possible to reach us after hours.

Payment
We accept all major credit cards, personal checks, wire transfers, gold bricks, and the occasional
horse trade. In most cases payment is required before shipping.

Delivery
Most orders are shipped within 10 business days of the order. Transit time may take up to an additional 5 business days. Small orders (letters, video’s, etc.) are usually shipped within 2 business days. Our goal is to achieve the shortest order turn around possible, however, many of our products are built to order this takes some time.

Shipping
We ship by Federal Express (ground and freight), depending upon the size of your order. We
have 70% discounts with all of the carriers we use meaning that we will get you the lowest
freight price possible for the product you order.    More details below

Cancellation
You may cancel your order anytime before we ship it. There will be a 3% cancellation fee on
all credit card orders to cover the merchant fees.  After we ship the order you will be responsible
for the freight charges and 3% of the order total, and the freight charges to return the order.

 

WARRANTY
We offer a “limited life-time warranty” on all our products. Here’s how it breaks down.

PVC Material
There is a 25-year guaranty on all our PVC material against yellowing, chalking, or fading due
to UV damage. If this happens we will replace your product at no charge. There is a 5-year
warrantee against breakage on all PVC Products under normal use and conditions. (This does
exclude heavy equipment and transportation damage). Premier Equestrian will replace the
broken part(s).

Polyethylene (HDPE) Materials–
Have a 5-year warrantee against discoloration and fading due to UV conditions. There is a
5-year warrantee against breakage under normal use and conditions. (This does exclude heavy
equipment and transportation damage).

Vinyl Lettering and adhesives –
Adhesives on vinyl are guaranteed for 5 years, this includes Vinyl applications of letters, vinyl
stripes, and material. Under normal use and normal exposure to UV.

Rock Facades –
There is a 7-year warranty on Premier PolyPro rock facades, warrantee includes breakage and
discoloration under normal use and conditions.
(This does exclude heavy equipment and transportation damage).

*Travertine, Stone Wall, and Red Brick are excluded from any warranty.

PVC Dressage & Jump products have a five-year guaranty against breakage under normal use
and conditions. * These items excluded. We will pro-rate the cost of replacement over the
five-year term at 20% per year. PolyPro rock products are guaranteed for seven-years against
fading and breakage. Customer is responsible for returning the damaged item(s) and paying freight
charges to replace them.

The bottom line is that we build our products to last. We will do what we can for you to get the
most life out of your Premier Equestrian products as possible. 

Shipping

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR SHIPMENT!!!
YOU, are responsible for receiving your shipment.

WE, cannot take claims on damaged goods unless you make a note of the damage on the
delivery receipt.

UPON RECEIVEING YOUR SHIPMENT:
1.Inspect your shipment carefully for damage. Torn, crushed boxes, punctured boxes, etc.
2. If there is any signs of damage note it on the delivery receipt.
3. Accept all of your shipment.
4. Call Premier Equestrian within 72 hours to report damage.
5. If any part of your shipment is damaged we will replace the parts
immediately and file a freight claim.

We have very little freight damage, but is does happen. We want you to be satisfied with our
service so please take the extra effort to see that your freight comes in good condition.
