On the DVD, dressage riders, instructors, trainers, and judges can view the newly designed tests for USDF Introductory through USEF Fourth Level.

The new 2007 On The Levels DVD includes information on how to ride the new 2007 tests effectively, what the judges are looking for in each test and the movements from each level that riders often ride inconsistently or judges judge inconsistently.

Dressage veteran, Janet Brown, narrates and directs the 2007 On the Levels DVD.  Brown is an FEI "I" judge, and a USEF "S" Dressage Judge. She has judged at many of the major shows in the United States including the FEI North American Young Rider Championships, the FEI North American Junior Championships, the USA World Cup League Finals, the FEI North American Championships, and Dressage at Devon.

Brown has also judged national championships in Guatemala, England, Canada, Poland, Australia and Mexico as well as the FEI World Cup League Finals for Canada and Australia.  As a rider, Brown has won her USDF Bronze, Silver and Gold Medals. She is also on the USDF “L” Education Program Faculty and instructs Federation judges training programs throughout the United States.

Premier Equestrian produced the DVD in conjunction with their sister company, Dancing Deer Productions, producers of Walter Zettl’s A Matter of Trust video series. “One of the features that makes this DVD so useful is that the movements in the test are shot from two angles,” explained Premier President, Heidi Zorn, “With a click of the remote you can view the movement from E or from the judge’s perspective at C.” 

“This DVD also has two audio tracks that enable viewers to listen to comments from a judging perspective or switch over to hear the narrative designed to aid the rider,” added Zorn’s partner, Mark Neihart, who filmed and edited the DVD.
