What is PolyPro?

| Premier Equestrian introduced PolyPro, a new line of equestrian jumps and accessories. According to company CEO, Mark Neihart, “The unique new jump line utilizes a variety of technically advanced materials for advanced safety and durability. We spent many hours researching technically advanced materials that reduce hazards to horse and rider.” “We are equestrian ourselves, so we are committed to developing products that are safe for horses and riders, that are also attractive, durable and affordable,” added, Heidi Zorn company President. |
The PolyPro line is constructed with a variety of
advanced materials including high-density polyethylene
(HDPE), UV cured polyurethane and Lexan. The profiles
used in the PolyPro jump line include flex polymers to
enhance impact resistance. (HDPE) is extremely pliable
and will not crack or shatter when impacted. |

| Lexan is a product used in bullet proofing windows and will not shatter and create a sharp edge like plexi-glass. In addition, all materials used in construction are UV resistant. “The result is a very attractive jump, that looks like other PVC jumps, but is much safer and stronger and is resistant to sun and the effects of weather,” says Zorn. |
Other advanced features of the PolyPro jump line include; the fence height marked on each standard, solid pinholes
for easy glide through of jump cup pins and an exciting
new rock façade made with UV treated polyurethane. This
realistic looking material is lightweight, pliable, and it will
not chip, crack or shatter upon impact. UV resistant color
is molded into material so it will not fade with exposure to
the sun. In addition, all jumps are delivered assembled
with hardware securing them in place. |

| Premier’s new PolyPro jump line also offers their exclusive, JumpPix Panel, which offers a unique way to add sponsors and advertising opportunities to competitive events. Logos and graphics can be added to jump standards, gates, and walls. Each graphic is commercially printed in full-color and laminated onto Lexan sign panels that are interchangeable. For show managers the jumps can create additional revenue from sponsorship. At home, the panels can display the farm name or logo for an attractive branding opportunity. |
The PolyPro jump line offers a wide variety of styles and
designs, available in 5’ and 6’ standards, with 10’ – 12’
widths for gates, coops, walls and poles. Despite the
advanced materials used in the construction, the new
